The building, originally built in 1980 and renovated in 2014, is located at 1698 Memorial Boulevard in Murfreesboro, a suburb of Nashville, Tennessee.
Speedy Cash, a growing national brand, founded in 1997, is one of the fastest growing providers of short-term loans and financial services in the Unites States, Canada, and the U.K. The brand holds a corporate guarantee on its 15-year triple-net lease on the property, originally contracted by Speedy Cash in June of 2014.
Ryan Barr and Ryan Bennett of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the Seller, Speedy Murph, LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, a private investor, was represented by NAI Northern California.
