Middleton, WI—March 10, 2016— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed the $3,620,000 sale lease-back of a newly renovated restaurant building occupied by national franchisee, Quaker Steak & Lube.
Quaker Steak & Lube, named the fourth Best Franchise in America by Forbes Magazine, is known for their unique motorsports themed casual dining atmosphere and the “best wings in the USA”.
At the time of the sale, Quaker Steak & Lube entered a new 15-year lease, which commenced in January of 2016. In 2014 the franchisee, who had operated this Quaker Steak & Lube location since 2011, invested their own money into renovations to the property which was originally built in 2004.
Ryan Barr and Ryan Bennett of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the seller, Wisconsin QSL, LLC in the transaction.
